Titan Poker review

Free Poker Ebooks

Titan Poker is a somewhat smaller poker room that offers a very nice deposit bonus. Titan poker seems to have come from nowhere to become a very popular poker room. I can understand why, the $500 bonus on offer is a pretty large one, I can't remember many bigger than this that were so easy to earn. They also have interesting jackpot Sit-'N'-Go promotions.

Titan Poker's bonus

Make an initial deposit through our special link and get a 100% bonus up to a maximum of $500. Plus, entry into huge $5,000 freeroll tournament.

Loyalty bonus from Titan Poker

Titan Poker uses a Player Point system as part of their good VIP program. Loyal players get entered into special free rolls and can get high value re-load bonus offers. For each played hand (getting dealt cards) in a raked pot a player earns 1-11 points depending on rake taken and the players VIP level (Silver, Gold, Platinum-levels). Points are awarded as follows (Silver level), $0.25/$0.50 rake give 1 point, $0.51/$1.00 rake give 2 point, $1.01/$1.50 rake give 4 points, $1,51-$2,00 rake give 6 points and $2,01-$3,00 rake give 8 points. For each $1 in tournament fees 20 points are awarded (25 for Gold members and 30 for Platinum members).

Titan Poker's software and graphics

Titan Poker's software and players base is part of iPoker, which in turn is developed by PlayTech. It's available in four languages, English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. The graphics are nice and clear and the functionality is good. Titan Poker has a buddy list function, game history function, player notes, several options for/sounds/etc, pot- and no-limit ring games, live floor managers and all types of tournaments. There has been an update made and the software is now much more playable. The games run smoother and faster. As soon as traffic has been built up and, this will be a quite nice room to play at. It is possible to play at 3 tables simultaneously.

Soft competition

Titan Poker has quite soft games. Most of the volume is in the no-limit Texas Holdem games where the view flop percentage is normally is the 40-ies or 50-ies. The players are also quite passive, so it is quite easy to be a winning player. The potential for the iPoker network to build soft games is very good as they recruit from the PlayTech online casino base and with aggressive marketing.

Customer Support from Titan Poker

Titan Poker has an extensive customer support team and offers email, phone, and live chat support. However, some of the agents are not as knowledgeable about poker as you'd hope they would be.

Deposit & withdrawal options

Deposit options: VISA, MasterCard, NETeller, Citadel, FirePay, Moneybookers, InstaCash, InstaDebit, EcoCard, UseMyBank, wire transfer, bank draft and personal check.

Cash out options: NETeller, FirePay, Moneybookers, InstaDebit, EcoCard, bank draft express and wire transfer.

It takes Titan Poker several days to process a cashout (around three seems to be typical). A representative told me that they may speed up their cashouts in the future. They also allow you to deposit and cashout money in pounds, dollars, or euros, which is a plus for European players.
